Since 1972, Mr. Miller's credentials have become well-known in the lending community, with his personal involvement in the evaluation and monitoring aspects of new construction, existing properties, distressed projects, and under-performing properties.
Mr. Miller is a member of the Southern Building Code Congress International, a nationally recognized building code organization and the National Fire Protection Association.

Mr. McIlveen earned his
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic
Institute, his Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute, and a Master of Business Administration in Management at

Mr. Hall graduated from the
Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building
Construction. Prior to his association with Lloyd Miller & Associates,
Inc., he worked for Warner and Associates, Inc. and Rogers Construction
Company. He has been an Estimator, Project Manager, Chief
Estimator and is a member of the American Association of Cost Engineers.
Mr. Hall's expertise in cost evaluation ranges from small office and
residential projects to multi-complex projects such as
JOEL G. MABRY
Construction Consultant
Mr. Mabry earned a
Bachelor's degree in Architectural and Civil Engineering Technology from Southern
Polytechnic State University located in
Mr. Mabry also has two decades of experience in Commercial Construction as an Estimator and Project Manager for a variety of buildings and their related site work. That's where he first began applying the Critical Path Method of scheduling that he learned in the classroom. He has a decade of experience working with Architectural and Civil Engineering firms. He is an active member of MPUG (Microsoft Project Users Group.)
JOHN K. MARSHALL, P.E.
Engineer Consultant
Mr. Marshall has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and is a Registered Professional Engineer and Licensed General Contractor. His experience includes infrastructure development for private and municipal agencies and vertical construction of office, residential and retail complexes. Those activities included design, scheduling, budgeting, contract procurement, contract management and administration, and project inspections.
Mr. Marshall has also
undertaken assignments for an international design/build organization as a lead
field engineer responsible for design and procurement activities for the
construction of various industrial projects, both in the
