Our blend of experience and expertise can be a significant advantage to lenders and developers alike during Pre-Construction and Construction phases, by providing an independent review of construction documents prior to loan closing and ongoing observations of construction progress and review of applications for payment.  Regarding Existing Property Evaluations, the physical condition of various building systems and components is determined, cost of repairs/replacements established and an overview of ADA compliance issues are addressed.

If requested, a separate comprehensive ADA Survey can be performed to determine the compliance status of a particular property.  This type of investigation requires field measurement & documentation.
